The agreement between you and quario when you use this site or buy a license key. The software itself is licensed under the License Agreement.
These terms govern your use of this site and your purchase of license keys. They do not license the software. quario, the declarative reporting engine, and its render packages are licensed under theLicense Agreement, which ships asLICENSE in every package and is the entire agreement about the software.
quario is sold to businesses only. By buying a license you confirm that you act in the course of a trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer.
A Deployment license is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record, which takes the payment and issues the invoice. quario grants the license under the License Agreement. Fees are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for a term that is not used to its end.
This site and its content are provided as is. quario does not warrant that the site is available, or that its content — the guides, templates, and examples included — is free of errors. The templates are starting points, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Warranty and liability for the software are set out in theLicense Agreement.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
